Relikads for Startups Terms of Service

1. 1. Eligibility

      1. The program is open to legally registered startups, founders, or early-stage businesses.
      2. Relikads reserves the right to assess eligibility based on factors such as stage, market focus, and program fit.
      3. False or misleading information in the application may result in disqualification or removal.

          

   2. Program Benefits

      1. Participants may receive growth audits, mentorship, office hours, marketing support, and access to partnerships as described in program materials.
      2. Benefits are discretionary and subject to availability, capacity, and Relikads’ strategic priorities.
      3. Relikads may adjust or update program benefits without prior notice.

   3. Participant Commitments 

      1. Startups agree to actively participate in sessions, provide required information, and engage in good faith.
      2. Confidential or sensitive data shared with Relikads should be clearly marked as such.
      3. Participants agree not to misuse Relikads’ intellectual property, tools, or materials provided during the program.

   4. Fees and Payments

      1. Unless otherwise stated, participation in Relikads for Startups is offered free of charge.
      2. Any optional paid services, advertising budgets, or campaign executions are subject to separate agreements.

   5. Confidentiality

      1. Both Relikads and participants agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information exchanged during the program.
      2. This does not apply to publicly available information or information already lawfully in possession.

   6. Intellectual Property 

      1. Any proprietary frameworks, methodologies, or materials shared by Relikads remain the sole property of Relikads.
      2. Startups retain full ownership of their business, brand, and creative assets.

   7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

      1. Relikads provides mentorship, guidance, and support on a best-effort basis. Success is not guaranteed.
      2. Relikads is not liable for business decisions, losses, or outcomes arising from participation in the program.
      3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relikads’ liability is limited to direct damages and capped at any fees (if applicable) paid for the program.

   8. Termination

      1. Relikads reserves the right to remove any participant for breach of these terms, misconduct, or failure to participate.
      2. Participants may withdraw from the program at any time by notifying Relikads in writing.

   9. Governing Law

      1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
      2. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai, UAE.

   10. Updates to Terms

Relikads may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
